This training will provide you with multiple embodied explorations that create the conditions needed for profound relaxation, increased body awareness, and mind-body connectivity.

In the Tune Up Fitness® Breath & Bliss Immersion Training, you'll find a treasure chest of new practices to enhance your life. For movement educators of every discipline, athletes, coaches, manual therapists, mental health professionals and any individual looking to enhance their recovery tool-kit, you will leave with creative ways to guide students of every level into down-regulation. 

 

In this Training, you will do a deep dive into: 

  • The anatomy and physiology of stress-relief and the new science of the vagus nerve
  • Diaphragm discoveries: explore your diaphragm and breathing practices
  • Manageable meditation techniques for all
  • Savasana studies: how to craft successful relaxation for yourself and your students
  • ROLLaxation: Roll Model® Therapy Ball Techniques to hasten relaxation and pain relief

Lisa Hebert

Lisa Hebert is a passionate, lifelong student of the body and its movement.


She is a Tune Up Fitness® Lead Teacher Trainer, E-RYT Yoga Alliance Teacher
Trainer, a Strength; Mobility coach, and currently certifying as a Brain Health Trainer.
  
Lisa is also a former professional Contemporary dancer with over 25 years of diverse styles of dance training and performance, uniquely infusing her teaching with innovation and athleticism. This in-depth experience allows her to work with a varied range of humans: from athletes, and professional dancers to seniors and beginners, or for injury and surgery rehab.

 
Lisa is currently studying nervous system and brain science in her 4th year of Cognitive Science: Biological Foundations of Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University.


She has also assisted and studied under Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains and is proud to have been the "Roll Model" for the Rolling Along the Anatomy Trains, a joint online program between Tune Up Fitness® and Anatomy Trains®.
