Low-back pain, digestion problems, breathing issues, headaches, neck pain, decrease in range of motion in all joints, urinary incontinence, and jaw pain can all stem from pelvic dysfunction. Hips, Core and Pelvic Floor is designed to reorganize the modern pelvis using a combination of self-massage, myofascial release and strength-based movement to both mobilize and stabilize this central structure.

It is an integral piece of sun salutations, a beautiful transition pose from prone to standing, a down-regulating inversion and a glorious way to stretch your hamstrings and decompress your spine. Shape up your Downward Dog in this three hour workshop aimed at increasing range of motion while stabilizing and strengthening the shoulders and hips. We will learn shoulder biomechanics, release soft tissue and strengthen musculature to achieve optimal position for YOUR shoulders in this shape.
