Are headaches causing you grief? Have your shoulders becoming a new ear accessory? Do you get tension heads in your neck, across your forehead, behind your eye or in your sinuses? Is it hard to find a deep, relaxing breath sometimes?
In this self-massage workshop we will unwind the muscles of the head, neck, shoulders and jaw to excavate unwelcome tension that contributes to headaches.
What to bring:
- yoga mat
- tRMM therapy balls (if you have your own)
- water bottle
- a friend
Therapy balls are available to borrow for the workshop and purchase and take home.
